Ozark Fence Co. was started by the Smith family in Rogers in the 1960s and incorporated in 1968. Four generations later, it's still a Smith family business — today Tim Smith runs it alongside his sons, Garrett and Joshua.
We've watched Northwest Arkansas grow up around us. The towns got bigger, the equipment got better, but the way we build hasn't changed: our own crew, on every job, doing the work ourselves. The person who quotes your fence is the same person who builds it.
That's not a slogan — it's how a small family company stays in business for four generations. We don't farm work out to subcontractors, and we don't disappear after the deposit. We set the posts deep, we line them straight, and we stand behind what we put in the ground.

Northwest Arkansas isn't easy on a fence. Heavy clay soil holds water and heaves in a freeze, the wind comes across open ground, and the summers are hard on anything that isn't built right.
After four generations on this ground, we know what holds up here. We set posts to the depth our soil needs, pick cedar, treated pine, and steel that take our weather, and build runs that follow the slope instead of fighting it. It's the difference between a fence that looks good on installation day and one that still looks good ten winters later.
