Fencing services for Northwest Arkansas
From a backyard privacy fence to a commercial enclosure or an electric driveway gate, Ozark Fence Co. builds it with our own crew — no subcontractors. Here's everything we install, the materials we use, and the styles we build in Rogers and across Benton and Washington counties.
Wood Privacy Fences
Cedar and pressure-treated pine in the styles that suit Northwest Arkansas yards — classic shadowbox, solid board-on-board, and clean modern horizontal slat. We build the common 6, 7, and 8 foot heights and set every post to handle our clay soil and weather.
Wood is our most popular fence for a reason: it's warm, it's private, and when it's built right it lasts. We line the panels straight, step them neatly to follow a slope, and frame gates so they swing true for years.
- Western red cedar or pressure-treated pine
- Shadowbox, board-on-board, and modern horizontal-slat styles
- 6 ft, 7 ft, and 8 ft privacy heights
- Steel posts available for added strength and straight lines
- Stepped or racked to follow grade and sloped lots

Chain Link
The value option for containment and security. Galvanized or vinyl-coated chain link in the common gauges and heights — kept simple, strong, and straight, for everything from a backyard pet enclosure to a commercial perimeter.
Add privacy slats to close off a court or yard, or keep it open where you just need a clean property line. We hang the gates so they latch easily and stay square.
- Galvanized or vinyl-coated (black, green, brown) mesh
- Residential pet and property containment
- Commercial and security perimeters
- Common gauges and heights, from 4 ft to tall security runs
- Privacy slats and matching walk and drive gates

Ornamental Iron & Aluminum
Powder-coated steel and aluminum fence and railing that look good from both sides — ideal where a fence faces the street. We build residential, commercial, and pool-code-compliant runs that never need staining.
Aluminum is light, rust-free, and easy to rack down a slope. Steel is heavier-duty for security and gates. Either way, the powder-coat finish holds its color and shrugs off our weather.
- Powder-coated aluminum and steel, in black and other finishes
- Pool-code-compliant heights and picket spacing
- Residential accent fence and full property runs
- Commercial and security applications
- Matching ornamental gates and railing

Vinyl Fencing
Prefer something you never have to stain? We also install low-maintenance vinyl fence as a material option — clean lines, no painting, and an easy wipe-down to keep it looking new.
- Low-maintenance — no staining or painting
- Privacy and semi-private panel styles
- Wipes clean and holds its color
- A solid option alongside our wood and metal fence
Gates & Operators
This is the work we love. Manual swing and slide gates, and electric-operated systems with keypad, remote, and phone entry — from a single walk-through gate to a full automated driveway entrance.
A gate takes more abuse than any other part of a fence, so we frame them heavy, hang them on solid posts, and set the hardware to latch and swing cleanly. For automated gates, we wire the operator, entry controls, and safety devices so it all works as one system.
- Manual swing and rolling slide gates
- Electric operators for swing and slide gates
- Keypad, remote, and phone-entry access
- Walk-through gates to full driveway installs
- Steel-framed gates for wood, chain link, and ornamental fence

Commercial & Enclosures
Built for commercial and industrial properties, and built to code. Dumpster and equipment screening, security perimeters, and property-line fence — the kind of work that has to take a beating and keep looking sharp for your customers.
We build cedar-and-steel trash enclosures, fence off equipment and industrial yards, and run secure perimeters in chain link or ornamental steel. Tell us the requirement and we'll build to it.

- Equipment and material yard screening
- Security and property-line perimeters

Custom & Specialty Work
If you can picture it, we can usually build it. Cedar arbors, ranch and pipe-and-cable fence, split rail, slat screens, and fence for sloped and hillside yards — the projects that don't come out of a catalog.
On graded sites, we step or rack the panels to follow the grade so the line stays straight and looks intentional, even down a steep slope. For acreage and ranches, pipe-and-cable and split rail give you a clean line that lets the view through.
- Fence built for hillside and sloped yards
- Fence that steps cleanly down graded, hillside sites
- Cedar arbors and entry features
- Ranch pipe-and-cable and tube-steel fence
- Split-rail and other open-style fence for acreage
- One-off custom builds — bring us the idea

Questions about our fence work
Which fence material is right for me?
It comes down to what you want the fence to do. Cedar and treated pine are our most popular for privacy and warmth. Chain link is the value pick for containment and security. Ornamental steel and aluminum look the best long-term and never need staining, and vinyl is a low-maintenance option. We'll walk your property and tell you straight what fits your soil, slope, and budget.
Do you install electric and automatic gates?
Yes — gates and operators are a specialty we genuinely enjoy. We build manual swing and slide gates and full electric-operated systems with keypad, remote, and phone entry, from a single walk-through to a complete driveway entrance.
Can you build on a slope or uneven ground?
We do it all the time. We step or rack the panels to follow the grade so the line stays straight and looks intentional, even on a steep slope.
Do you handle permits and HOA requirements?
We build to local code and can point you to what your city or HOA usually requires for height, setback, and materials. Filing the permit and getting HOA approval is the homeowner's to handle, but we'll give you the details you need to get it approved.
Do you do fence repairs?
We focus on building new fence and gates rather than patching others' work — that's where we do our best work. If you're not sure whether your project is a repair or a replacement, give us a call and we'll be honest about it.
How much does a new fence cost in Northwest Arkansas?
Every yard is different, so we price each job on its own — the material you choose, how much fence you need, the height, the terrain, and how many gates all factor in. We'll measure your property and hand you a clear written estimate for free, with no pressure and no guesswork.
How long does it take to install a fence?
Most residential fences go in within a few days once the materials are on hand and the line is laid out. Larger or commercial jobs, tricky access, and weather can stretch that — we'll give you a realistic timeline when we come out for the estimate.
How tall can my fence be?
It depends on where the fence sits and your city or HOA rules — front yards are usually held to around 3 to 4 feet and backyards to about 6, but it varies. We build to local code and confirm the limits for your address before we start.
Who's responsible for a fence on the property line?
That comes down to where the fence sits and any agreement with your neighbor. If the line isn't clear we recommend a survey, and we can set the fence just inside your property line so there's no question about whose it is.
What's the most low-maintenance fence?
Vinyl and ornamental aluminum need the least upkeep — no staining, no rust, just an occasional rinse. Chain link is tough and nearly maintenance-free, and cedar gives you the most warmth and privacy with an occasional stain to keep it looking new.
Do you build fences to keep dogs and pets in the yard?
All the time. Wood privacy and chain link both work well for pets — we set the height to suit your dog and can add a dig guard along the bottom where you need it.
Do you install pool fences?
Yes. We install pool-code fencing — usually ornamental aluminum — with self-closing, self-latching gates so the area stays safe and meets local requirements.
What areas of Northwest Arkansas do you serve?
We're based in Rogers and build across Northwest Arkansas — Bentonville, Springdale, Fayetteville, Bella Vista, Centerton, Cave Springs, Pea Ridge, and the rest of Benton and Washington counties.
Not sure which fence you need?
